Our dog passed away at home last week and We decided to go with Animal and Avian for a cremation. I cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff was amazing and made us feel like they knew our dog personally as well. They sent us a sympathy card, personally made a paw imprint for us, and called us and kept us updated on what was going on with him (like when we should be expecting his ashes). They made a very tough situation a lot easier and I’ll forever be grateful for that!!
My girlfriend and I had to take our Boxer in to be put to sleep today, due to cancer. He’s been apart of our lives for many years and it was a very difficult day. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and caring attitude from all staff that we encountered. I would highly recommend this place and will be bringing my other animals here on a regular basis. This place was “A-Game.”
My first time at Avian Medical center was last Friday. For my boxer, everyone there was so nice and did everything they could to help my baby. I would Recommend this place to anyone.
Staff is very helpful and Dr. Palomar is very thorough and literally on the floor with your dog She is compassionate, stays up to date on medications and health issues, she not order unnecessary procedures or tests and takes her time explaining everything you ask.
Dr. Corrigan is my favorite doctor I’ve had by far. She is real and empathetic. I had to put my dog to sleep today and she made me feel extremely comfortable with my decision and I wouldn’t want anyone else putting him down beside her. I will continue to take my animals to see her!
The staff was courteous, respectful, and professional during my rough time of having to put my 13-year-old bunny down. The precious memories will stay with me. Thank you and keep up the great work all!!

Dr Wilson is amazing! We took our Boston terrier there for years she was a frequent flyer there until the day she passed away. Dr Wilson was always straight forward and never did unnecessary tests. We recently bought a puppy and we took her to se Dr Wilson to be spayed today. The staff made it very clear that the doctor would be in and out of surgery all day and would be able to give us an update after 3 but I could still call anytime to see how are puppy was doing. I called at lunch and the Dr Wilson came to the phone just to tell me everything went well! A big THANK YOU to Dr Wilson and staff for taking such good care of my babies and always giving them extra snuggles when we couldn’t!
